Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience during my stay at the hotel. The room had a very comfy bed, but the industrial area around the hotel was a bit off-putting. The service was good with a nice touch of a welcome drink, but the dining options were limited. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price paid.
The hotel is located in a scruffy industrial area close to the P&O port and a pub below. The rooms have a very comfortable bed, and the service is excellent with housekeeping and laundry available. However, the dining experience is limited to guava jam only. The facilities are inclusive, but the location may not suit everyone's taste.
The hotel has a very comfy bed and excellent service. The location is convenient for accessing the city centre and the ferry port, while the dining experience is superb with homemade pizza. However, some facilities could be improved.
